STBU has moved to the Base network. The move was one for one: a holder burned the legacy token on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon or Arbitrum, and the same wallet claims the new token on Base. 172,793,359 STBU across 321 wallets was burned in time and credited, and is claimable until 31 December 2026 at 23:59 UTC, a date that does not move. Minting closes that day for good, and anything unclaimed is never minted.
92,669,716 legacy STBU was not burned before the close. This page is for the people holding it.
What this means
Legacy STBU does not migrate any more. The window is closed and there is no waiting list. Six wallets whose burns the chain confirmed in the hours after the close, up to a cut-off transaction confirmed at 11:27:36 UTC on 15 September 2026, were allocated as a correction and are named at stbu.stobox.io/transparency; that category is closed, nothing confirmed after the cut-off is counted, and no further allocation is made from it. The board of the issuer resolved on 16 September 2026 that there will be no late migration, and the STBU Token Terms hold it to that: no later version of them can reopen the window, and the record the claim contract checks was closed at 00:00 UTC on 15 September 2026.
If you did burn in time and your balance is not showing, that is a different case and it is open. Write to legal@stobox.io with the transaction hash. A burn the chain confirmed inside the window is credited whether or not our indexer saw it in time, and we answer within 5 business days.
We do not buy it back, exchange it or compensate it. There is no buy back, exchange or compensation programme.
It is not supported anywhere in Stobox. It buys no service, earns no discount, counts toward no badge tier, and the Stobox Terminal does not read it.
Only one contract is STBU now: 0xe0c0F44A84CC4a60206360006ebA237a5e8fC2dd on Base. We are applying to the price aggregators to point the STBU ticker there and to mark the four legacy contracts discontinued, and we publish at stbu.stobox.io/transparency when each one has done so. Until each of them does, a price you see against a legacy contract is a price for a token we no longer support.
If anyone still trades the legacy token, that market is not ours. We do not make it, quote it, supply liquidity to it or stand behind it.
What we cannot do to your legacy tokens
Your legacy STBU stays in your wallet and stays yours. Nobody, us included, can burn it, freeze it, seize it, move it, blacklist your address or reverse a transfer. The legacy contracts have no such function, and anyone can check that in their published code. The same fact has a hard edge: if you lose access to a legacy wallet, nobody can restore what is in it.
We will not create a further legacy token on any network, and we have undertaken to you to procure that nobody else does either. The owner accounts that still exist on the legacy contracts are held by the chief executive of Stobox Technologies Inc., who has given that undertaking to his board, and those accounts are given up immediately after the close, in the first hours of 1 January 2027 UTC, in the same batch as the transaction that closes minting on Base. Every one of those transactions will be published at stbu.stobox.io/transparency.
If you hold legacy STBU in a closed Stobox 4 account
That is a different case, and it is still open. Stobox 4 held tokens in wallets you never had the keys to, so you could not have burned them. Sign in at stbu.stobox.io with the email address you used on Stobox 4, connect a new self-custody wallet and request the balance to it; section 7.2 of the STBU Token Terms describes each step. If you no longer have that email address, write to legal@stobox.io with “Stobox 4” in the subject. Send the request by 15 December 2026 so the review finishes in time; claims close on 31 December 2026 and that date does not move. This is not a way to migrate a wallet you do hold the keys to.
Be careful now
Nobody can reopen the migration for you. Anyone offering a late migration, an unlock, a release or a recovery for a fee is not us, whatever logo they use. We never ask for a payment, a seed phrase or a private key, we never ask you to send tokens anywhere, and we write only from an address ending in @stobox.io.
