Stobox Terminal – Terms of Use

Version 3 · effective on publication
Last updated 16 September 2026

In short

  1. The Terminal is software. You keep your keys and your tokens; every transaction is signed by you in your own wallet and cannot be reversed by anyone.
  2. To swap you need no account, no email and no identity check. To claim migrated STBU you register on the migration portal under the STBU Token Terms.
  3. Every fee is shown in the quote before you sign, in percent and in amount, with the address that receives it.
  4. Tokenized securities are available only outside the United States and only to persons who are not US persons; you confirm that once per wallet. On those swaps we charge nothing and they count toward no badge.
  5. The Terminal is not available to a person located in or resident of a restricted jurisdiction, or to a sanctioned person. Ukraine is not restricted.
  6. If you stop using the Terminal, your tokens stay in your wallet and every public pool stays open to any interface.
  7. We never contact you first except a notice under section 19, only from an address ending in @stobox.io, and we never ask for a seed phrase.
  8. Disputes go to arbitration in the British Virgin Islands; you can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting.

These are the terms on which you use the Stobox Terminal. They are a contract between you and Stobox Innovations Limited. They are separate from the Stobox Cabinet Terms of Service: a cabinet account may open the Terminal, but the Terminal is a different agreement with a different company. Read them together with the Risk Disclosures at stbu.stobox.io/disclaimer, which are part of this contract, and, if you migrate or claim STBU, with the STBU Token Terms at stbu.stobox.io/token-terms.

What is held about you when you use the Terminal is held by Stobox Technologies Inc. under the Stobox Privacy Policy, published at intelligence.stobox.io/privacy-policy, which covers every Stobox product including the Terminal. Stobox Innovations receives from it only what section 7 states.

1. Who we are

The Terminal at stbu.stobox.io is provided by Stobox Innovations Limited, a BVI Business Company, number 2098354, incorporated on 11 May 2022, registered office at Commerce House, Wickhams Cay 1, P.O. Box 2283, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, VG1110, care of its registered agent ABM Corporate Services Ltd (“Stobox Innovations”, “we”, “us”). Contact for every legal notice: legal@stobox.io. Stobox Innovations is also the issuer of the STBU token.

The Terminal is software written and owned by Stobox Technologies Inc., a Wyoming corporation and the parent company of Stobox Innovations, and is operated by Stobox Innovations, its wholly owned subsidiary. All data the Terminal collects is collected and controlled by Stobox Technologies Inc.; what Stobox Innovations receives about you is stated in section 7, and nothing else passes to it.

2. What the Terminal is, and what it is not

The Terminal is a self-custodial software interface. It shows what the public chain reports, quotes a swap, prepares a transaction for you to sign in your own wallet, and lets a holder of legacy STBU claim migrated tokens. The Terminal includes the STBU migration portal at the same address. Every transaction is signed by you, in your wallet, and settles on the Base network in liquidity pools operated by third-party protocols or, for STBU/USDC, in the pool described in section 6.

To swap you need no account, no email and no identity check: you connect a wallet and accept this contract. To claim migrated STBU you register on the migration portal under the STBU Token Terms. For tokenized securities you confirm the statements in section 4 once per wallet; that is all.

Stobox Innovations does not hold your assets, does not take custody, does not accept, hold or match orders, does not act as your broker, dealer, agent or adviser, and does not admit any asset to trading on any venue of its own. The Terminal displays a set of third-party tokens as the public chain reports them; displaying a token is not an admission to trading on any venue and is not an offer of it. The tokenized securities the Terminal displays outside the United States are issued by others and trade in pools operated by others; the Terminal shows what the chain reports about them and prepares a transaction you sign. Stobox Innovations does not operate an exchange, an alternative trading system, a brokerage, a custodian or a trading venue, in the sense the securities laws of the United States give those words. The swap router the Terminal uses holds no funds and has no owner. Stobox Innovations has no ability to reverse, cancel or recall a transaction you have signed.

Our servers sign the authorisation that lets the claim contract mint migrated STBU to you, and the vouchers on which some badges are minted. They can withhold a signature; they cannot move, hold, freeze or redirect any token, and no token passes through them.

Nothing on the Terminal is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any token or security. Market data and charts are informational. No sentiment reading is shown for a restricted asset; where one is shown for another asset it names its source and method beside the number and is not a recommendation. Where a number cannot be read from a live source the Terminal shows a dash and says why; it never shows a figure it did not read.

3. Accepting this contract

Before you connect a wallet, the Terminal shows public data only, and every page carries a notice that use is subject to this contract and the Risk Disclosures. You accept this contract when you connect a wallet and tick the acceptance box the Terminal shows, which also confirms that you meet section 4; the Terminal asks again on your first connection after a new version is published. The acceptance box reads:

☐ I accept the Terminal Terms of Use, version 2 of 15 September 2026, and the Risk Disclosures. I am at least 18, I am not a sanctioned person and do not act for one, and I am not located in or resident of a restricted jurisdiction.

The Terminal writes down that you did: the wallet address you connected, the version you accepted, the date and time, and that you accepted by click. That record is held by Stobox Technologies Inc. under the Privacy Policy. Stobox Technologies Inc. produces it to you on request at legal@stobox.io, and to Stobox Innovations where Stobox Innovations needs to show that you accepted this contract.

This contract binds you when you accept it. Until then, the Risk Disclosures are shown to you for your information, sections 11 and 13 apply to what you see, and you may not use any feature that needs a connected wallet.

If you are using the Terminal for a company or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to bind them, and “you” then means both of you.

4. Who may use the Terminal

Age and capacity. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this contract where you live.

Sanctions. You may not use the Terminal if you are, or act for, a person or entity named on a sanctions list of the United Nations Security Council, the sanctions list of the United Kingdom, the Specially Designated Nationals list of the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control, or the consolidated sanctions list of the European Union, wherever you are located. This is a term of this contract. What the Terminal actually screens is stated under “Wallet screening” below and in section 7 for allocations; the screening covers what a list gives us to screen, and the term covers the rest.

Restricted jurisdictions. You may not use the Terminal if you are located in, or ordinarily resident of, any of these: the Russian Federation; Belarus; Cuba; Iran; North Korea; Syria; Myanmar; Afghanistan; the Crimea and Sevastopol; and the occupied parts of the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions of Ukraine. Nationality is not a test: a citizen of one of these places who lives elsewhere is not restricted on that ground. Ukraine is not a restricted jurisdiction, and a location in Ukraine is not refused; the restriction covers only the occupied territories listed, is applied to the extent a location signal identifies them, and is a prohibition of this contract whether or not a signal catches it. The list is published at stbu.stobox.io/terms#restricted-jurisdictions as a separate file with its version and date; a change to the list is a new version of that file, not of this contract, and the Terminal asks you to confirm the restricted-asset statements again before your next restricted action.

Wallet screening. Before any action, the Terminal checks the wallet you connect against the digital-currency addresses that the Office of Foreign Assets Control publishes as identifiers on its Specially Designated Nationals list, and against the Chainalysis sanctions oracle contract on Base. A wallet that appears on either is refused every action, and a credited balance or an allocation recorded to it is blocked under the STBU Token Terms.

Tokenized securities and US persons. Some assets shown in the Terminal are securities. Today they are B20 tokenized stocks issued by Coinbase, Dinari dShares, deJTRSY, deJAAA, syrupUSDC and mTBILL; the Terminal marks each of them as restricted, and marks every tokenized share, fund, note or treasury instrument it adds later in the same way. A restricted asset is displayed, and can be swapped, only to a person who is not a “US person” as defined in Rule 902(k) of Regulation S under the United States Securities Act of 1933 and who is outside the United States at the time of use. Where the technical signals in section 5 place you in the United States, no restricted asset is displayed to you at all: it appears in no list, page, chart or search result.

In plain words, you are a US person if you are a natural person resident in the United States; a partnership or corporation organised under the laws of the United States; an estate or trust of which any executor, administrator or trustee is a US person; an agency or branch of a foreign entity located in the United States; or an account held for the benefit or account of a US person. Regulation S makes exceptions, for example for a professional trustee or executor outside the United States with sole investment discretion, and those exceptions apply.

Before your first action involving a restricted asset the Terminal asks you to confirm, in the words published at stbu.stobox.io/terms#restricted-assets and reproduced in the Terminal, that you are not a US person, that you do not act for one, that you are outside the United States, and that you are not a sanctioned or restricted person. The confirmation is tied to the wallet you connected; the Terminal asks again when the text or the restricted-jurisdiction file is published in a new version, and in any case every 12 months. The Terminal records your confirmation with your wallet address, the version of the text and the date, and refuses the action where the confirmation is absent, where the signals in section 5 place you in the United States or in a restricted jurisdiction, or where your wallet fails screening. No confirmation overrides a signal.

A swap of a restricted asset is routed only to public on-chain pools; the Terminal requests no quote from any market maker for it. Each restricted asset carries its issuer’s own transfer restrictions, enforced by the issuer’s contract and stated in the issuer’s documents, which the Terminal links to on the asset’s page; where the issuer’s contract blocks a transfer, the swap fails and Stobox Innovations cannot override it. Stobox Innovations does not check whether a distribution compliance period or a hedging restriction under the issuer’s terms applies to you; ask the issuer before you trade. On a swap that involves a restricted asset the Terminal adds no fee and Stobox Innovations receives nothing, and a restricted asset never counts toward a badge or a fee tier.

STBU. STBU is a utility token. Swaps of STBU against USDT are open today to any wallet that passes screening and is not used from a restricted jurisdiction. The eligibility rules for tokenized securities do not apply to STBU. If a law that applies to us comes to require identity verification for a feature, a new version of this contract says so before the requirement applies.

False confirmation and evasion. Using a VPN, a relay or a proxy is not itself a breach. Using one so that the Terminal sees a country you are not in, or to get past a refusal, is, and giving a false confirmation is. If your VPN or relay exits in the United States or in a restricted jurisdiction, the Terminal refuses restricted assets or all use; turn it off and try again. If you give a false confirmation or evade a restriction, we may refuse your wallet and record why (section 10), and a false confirmation may also breach the law.

5. Technical signals

The Terminal reads the country your IP address resolves to and the time zone your browser reports, on our servers and not only in your browser. Both are signals, not verification: the country is what your IP address resolves to, and the time zone is a value your browser reports and you can set. If either places you in the United States, restricted assets are not displayed to you. If either places you in a restricted jurisdiction, the Terminal is not available to you and the screen says so. If a signal cannot be read, or a screening source cannot be reached, the action is refused and the screen says why; an unread signal is never treated as a pass. A refusal is recorded with your wallet address, the reason and the date; the record shows that a check ran, not a finding against you.

If you believe a signal placed you wrongly, write to legal@stobox.io with your wallet address; a person reviews the signal within 10 business days and records the outcome against the refusal. A review cannot override a sanctions match. The signal covers what a confirmation cannot see, and the confirmation covers what a signal cannot see; neither overrides the other.

6. Fees

Two fees can apply. Whichever applies is shown in the quote before you sign, in percent and in amount, together with the address that receives it.

Pool fee. The STBU/USDC pool on Uniswap v4 on the Base network was deployed by Stobox Innovations with a fee hook. The hook sets the pool’s liquidity-provider fee for each swap at between 1.0% and 0.1%, by the badge tier of the trading wallet: 1.0% for a wallet with no badge, 0.2 percentage points less for each tier, never below 0.1%. That schedule is written in the hook’s code and cannot be changed without deploying a new pool, which we would announce as a new version of this contract. The fee is taken inside the swap and, as in every Uniswap pool, accrues to the liquidity positions in the pool in proportion to their share; Stobox Innovations provides the pool’s liquidity at launch and may be its only liquidity provider; its positions are built to sell STBU into the pool as the price rises, as stbu.stobox.io/stbu discloses; it receives the fee on the share it provides, and any other liquidity provider receives it on theirs. Any wallet can trade the pool directly, through any interface, at the base rate of 1.0%. The discount applies only to a swap prepared through the Terminal, because the hook applies a discounted rate only to a transaction that reaches it through the Terminal’s router, and the router carries the address of the trading wallet so that the hook can read that wallet’s tier from the badge registry on chain. The hook holds no funds and cannot touch the amount you swap.

Interface fee. For a swap of an asset that is neither STBU nor a restricted asset, the Terminal routes the transaction through the 0x aggregator into third-party pools and adds an interface fee of between 0.25% and 0% of the amount, by badge tier, taken inside the same transaction and paid to the Stobox Innovations treasury address published at stbu.stobox.io/transparency. The interface fee is set by our server from the tier the badge registry reports and never exceeds 0.25%. On a swap that involves a restricted asset the Terminal adds no fee and Stobox Innovations receives nothing. Fees charged by the third-party pools are theirs, not ours; we neither set them nor receive them. The 0x aggregator’s own terms apply to a route it builds, and any charge of its own is part of the price the quote shows.

What else we receive. Nothing from your swap beyond the two fees above. Stobox Innovations’ share of the pool fee as a liquidity provider is part of the pool fee shown in your quote, not an additional charge.

Gas and slippage. Network gas is paid by you to the network. Slippage is the difference between the quoted price and the executed price; you set the tolerance in the Terminal and bear the result.

Changes. The interface fee schedule may change with a new version of this contract; the pool fee schedule changes only with a new pool, announced the same way. A change is shown in the quote from the moment it applies and is never applied to a transaction already signed.

7. STBU, badges and attestations

STBU is a utility token issued by Stobox Innovations on the Base network. Your fee rate in the Terminal follows your badge tier, and your badge tier is computed from what the chain reports about your wallet: your swap volume through the Terminal, your holding of STBX, the whitelisted real-world assets you hold and, if you obtain one, your attestation, under the rules published in the Terminal. Holding STBU grants no tier and is not an input to one. Liquidity you supply to any pool is not an input either: supplying it is your own decision with a protocol we do not operate, and we neither ask you to do it nor reward you for it. A badge tier is a discount on our fee and nothing else: it pays you no money, no share of any pool and no share of any fee we earn. STBU carries no right to profit, revenue, dividend, interest, yield, vote or redemption. It gives you no right to require Stobox Innovations, Stobox Technologies Inc. or anyone else to buy it back, redeem it or exchange it for money, and no right to convert it into STBX, into shares of any company or into any other instrument. Holding it makes you a member of no company, and nothing about it is a promise of price or return. Stobox Innovations has not registered STBU with any securities regulator and does not offer STBU as an investment; how STBU is treated under the law of your country is a question for your own adviser. Section 3 of the STBU Token Terms sets out what STBU does not give you. Its maximum supply of 250,000,000 is a cap set in the contract, not a forecast; the issuance the issuer has determined, and what that figure does and does not bind, are in section 4 of the STBU Token Terms. Migration of legacy STBU to Base, claims and allocations are governed by the STBU Token Terms.

Badges

Badges are recorded in a badge registry contract on Base as tokens bound to your wallet that cannot be transferred; some are minted from what the chain reports about the wallet, and some on a voucher our server signs. The badge schedule in force, with each tier, its condition and its fee rate, is published at stbu.stobox.io/terms#badges as a file with its version and date; one tier, for example, requires a holding worth at least 1,000 US dollars at the moment of the read, and the schedule states what is counted and at what price. Holdings of, and swaps in, restricted assets never count toward any badge or tier. A fee discount is a loyalty feature of the Terminal for holders of the STBU utility token and not a right; the schedule may change with a new version of that file, and a change never takes away a discount already applied to a signed transaction. The registry cannot burn a badge; where the registry allows, we may pause a badge, which lowers the wallet’s tier while the pause stands.

Verified attestation

You may obtain a verified attestation by completing identity verification with Stripe Inc. What is written on chain is an attestation under the Ethereum Attestation Service that the verification passed, with no personal data in it. Stripe holds the documents you submit; they are not stored on Stobox systems, and what Stobox holds is the result and Stripe’s reference. The attestation is public and tied to your wallet address for as long as the chain exists: anyone can see that the wallet passed a verification, though not who you are. Do not obtain one on a wallet you want to keep unlinked from your identity. Obtaining an attestation is your choice; it counts toward your badge tier under the published schedule, nothing else in the Terminal depends on it today, and the lowest fee rate can be reached without it. If a law that applies to us requires identity verification for a feature, a new version of this contract says so before the requirement applies.

Basenames

The Terminal may offer you a name under stobox.base.eth. Basenames are a service of the Base network under its own terms; Stobox Innovations does not own the name system and cannot recover a name you lose.

What Stobox Innovations receives about you

From the data Stobox Technologies Inc. holds, Stobox Innovations receives only this: the badge tier of your wallet as the badge registry records it, so that the right fee rate applies; access to the record of restricted-asset confirmations and refusals and to the sanctions-screening records, so that it can show a regulator or court that the restriction was enforced and make the reports sanctions law requires; if you ask for a Stobox 4 allocation under the STBU Token Terms, the review data for that request, which is the balance of the closed platform’s account, the account identifier, the email address the request came from, the Base address you proved and the result of the name screening; the record of your acceptance under section 3, on request, where Stobox Innovations needs to show that you accepted; and figures about the Terminal as a whole that name no wallet. It receives no identity beyond that, no billing data and no identity-verification data. The Privacy Policy states the same list under “If you use the Stobox Terminal”.

8. Your wallet and your responsibility

You connect your own wallet. You alone hold its keys and its seed phrase. Stobox Innovations never holds them, never asks for them, and never contacts you first except a notice under section 19. A transaction you sign is yours: its content, its counterparty pool, its gas cost, its slippage and its result. Check every quote, every amount and every address before you sign. Stobox Innovations cannot recover tokens sent to a wrong address, to a wrong network or to a contract that does not return them.

Only stbu.stobox.io is the Terminal. Any other address, application, bot or account that claims to be the Terminal, or to act for Stobox, is not ours.

9. Third-party protocols and assets

Uniswap v4, Aerodrome, the 0x aggregator, the Base network, Basenames, Stripe and the Ethereum Attestation Service are not ours. Their terms and their risks are theirs, and you accept their terms when you use them through the Terminal. A pool that is not ours can be drained, paused or abandoned by its own operators. A token that is not ours can be paused, frozen, forcibly transferred, delisted or redeemed by its own issuer; B20 tokenized stocks, for example, are issued by Coinbase with custody at Alpaca Securities, and their terms and offering documents are published by their issuer, not by us. A tokenized security may be transferable only to wallets its issuer has approved; a swap into a wallet the issuer has not approved fails, or is reversed by the issuer, and the Terminal cannot change that. The Terminal shows what the chain reports and cannot prevent any of it.

Where the Terminal shows a liquidity action, you add or remove liquidity in your own wallet under the rules of the protocol that runs the pool; Stobox Innovations does not hold the position, does not manage it for you, and does not set what a position receives. In the STBU/USDC pool a liquidity position receives its share of the pool fee described in section 6, as the pool’s contracts compute it. That is how the protocol works, not an offer from us: Stobox Innovations does not ask you to supply liquidity, does not reward you for it, promises nothing about what a position will receive, and counts no liquidity toward a badge tier. A position can lose value against simply holding the two tokens, and can lose all of it.

10. Prohibited use

You may not use the Terminal:

  • to launder money, to finance terrorism, or to move value for a person under sanctions;
  • to evade a restriction in section 4 or a signal in section 5, or to help another person do so;
  • to manipulate a market or a price, including by wash trading, by trading between wallets you control to reach a badge tier or a discount, or by spoofing or layering in any pool the Terminal routes to;
  • to interfere with the Terminal, the pool hook, the router, the claim contract or the badge registry, or to exploit a defect in any of them;
  • to scrape, copy, reverse-engineer or mirror the Terminal beyond ordinary personal use;
  • to impersonate Stobox, or to present another site or account as the Terminal;
  • in breach of any law that applies to you.

We may refuse the Terminal to a wallet that does any of this, pause a badge held by it where the badge registry allows, and record the refusal. We cannot stop a wallet from using a public pool directly, and we do not claim to.

11. Intellectual property

The Terminal, its software, its interface, its texts and the Stobox name and marks belong to Stobox Technologies Inc. and are used by Stobox Innovations with its consent. This contract gives you a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Terminal, and nothing else. The smart contracts Stobox Innovations or Stobox Technologies Inc. deployed are published at stbu.stobox.io/transparency with their verified source; what their licences permit is stated there.

12. Risks

Trading tokens is risky. Prices are volatile, transactions are irreversible, smart contracts can fail, liquidity can vanish, a network can halt and an issuer can freeze an asset. The Risk Disclosures at stbu.stobox.io/disclaimer are part of this contract; read them before you sign anything.

13. No warranty

The Terminal is provided as it is and as available. We do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted, that a quote will execute at the price shown, that a pool has the liquidity it reports, that a third-party asset is what its issuer says it is, or that any asset shown is suitable for you. Every warranty the law lets us exclude is excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Stobox Innovations, Stobox Technologies Inc. and their directors, officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any loss arising from a transaction you signed, from the act or omission of a third-party protocol, network, pool, issuer, aggregator or wallet, from a price movement, from slippage, from a lost key or seed phrase, from a phishing site or account that is not ours, from a technical signal that placed you somewhere you were not and that you did not ask us to review under section 5, or from any indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss, including lost profit.

The total liability of Stobox Innovations to you under or in connection with this contract is limited to the fees you paid to Stobox Innovations through the Terminal in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 US dollars if that is greater. Nothing in this contract limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for wilful misconduct, or takes away a right that the consumer law of your country gives you and does not allow you to waive.

Stobox Innovations holds the benefit of this section and of the indemnity in section 15 for Stobox Technologies Inc. and for the persons named, and may enforce them on their behalf.

15. Your indemnity

You will indemnify Stobox Innovations and Stobox Technologies Inc. against any claim, loss, fine or penalty, including reasonable legal costs, that arises from your breach of section 4 or section 10, from a false confirmation under section 4, from your use of the Terminal in breach of the law that applies to you, or from a claim by a third party that arises from your breach of this contract. We tell you of a claim we intend to hold you to within a reasonable time, and you may take part in its defence at your own cost.

16. Versions and changes

A changed text is published as a new version with a new date at stbu.stobox.io/terms. This version is never edited and stays readable there, with its date, for as long as any acceptance of it stands. The restricted-jurisdiction file and the badge schedule are versioned separately, each with its own date, and a change to either is a new version of that file. A change in fee schedules, in the restricted-jurisdiction file or in the badge schedule is shown in the Terminal from the day it applies and never applies to a transaction already signed. On your first connection after a new version of this contract is published the Terminal asks you to accept it; using the Terminal after that is acceptance. If you do not accept, you stop using the Terminal; your tokens stay in your wallet, and every public pool stays open to any interface.

17. Ending

You may stop using the Terminal at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the Terminal for a breach of this contract, for a sanctions or screening match, or where the law requires, and we say why unless the law forbids it. Ending this contract does not touch what is in your wallet, and sections 3, 11, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19 and 20 survive it.

18. Governing law and disputes

This contract, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, its subject matter or its formation, is governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.

Any dispute that we cannot settle between us within 30 days of a written notice to legal@stobox.io is referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the BVI International Arbitration Centre under its Arbitration Rules in force at the commencement of the arbitration. The seat of arbitration is Tortola, British Virgin Islands. The tribunal is one arbitrator. The language is English. The tribunal may hold hearings by video or decide on documents alone. This arbitration agreement is governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands and is separate from the rest of this contract.

Claims are brought one at a time. You and Stobox Innovations each waive any right to bring or take part in a class, collective or representative proceeding. Where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim before your local courts or a consumer body and does not let you waive it, this section does not take that right away.

You may opt out of arbitration by writing to legal@stobox.io within 30 days of first accepting this version, stating your wallet address; the courts of the British Virgin Islands then have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this section stops either of us from seeking an injunction to protect intellectual property or to stop a breach of section 10.

19. Notices

Notices to us go to legal@stobox.io, or to the registered office in section 1. Notices to you are published in the Terminal and, where you registered an email address on the migration portal, sent to it; a notice by email is treated as received on the day after it is sent.

We never contact you first except a notice under this section, sent only from an address ending in @stobox.io, and a notice never asks you to sign, send, connect or reveal anything. We never ask for a seed phrase, a private key or a transfer to “verify” a wallet, and anyone who does so in our name, on Telegram, X, Discord, email or any other medium, is not us.

20. General

This contract, the Risk Disclosures, the Stobox Privacy Policy and, for migration, claims and allocations, the STBU Token Terms are the whole agreement between you and Stobox Innovations for the Terminal. If a part is unenforceable the rest stands, and the unenforceable part is read as narrowly as needed to be enforceable. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this contract; we may assign it to an affiliate or a successor and will publish a notice at stbu.stobox.io/terms if we do. Nothing in this contract creates a partnership, agency, trust or fiduciary relationship between you and us.

STBU

The permanent, official home of Stobox Token. Only trust stbu.stobox.io and the verified contracts published here.

Disclaimer. STBU is a utility token. It gives no right to profit, dividend, vote, redemption or conversion, and we promise no price, listing or return. Nothing here is a solicitation to buy or sell, or financial, legal or tax advice. The migration is 1:1. The determined issuance is 216,563,456 STBU, the figure Stobox Innovations has set and publishes against, inside a contract cap of 250,000,000; any increase requires a resolution published 30 days before a mint relies on it, and minting is switched off for good immediately after claims close on 31 December 2026. Claims close on 31 December 2026, 23:59 UTC. Only ever use stbu.stobox.io; Stobox will never message you first or ask for your seed phrase, private key or a payment. Figures update live from the chain; a dash appears wherever a value is not yet available.
